We sell your bike on your behalf1. By leveraging our network, AllVelo provides better visibility for your bike than you might achieve on your own. We handle the sales process, including pricing, marketing, and negotiations, taking a commission from the sale price.

WARRANTY

With every bike we sell, we provide a 28-day warranty, covering repairs due to mechanical faults. The warranty does not cover; normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, flat tyres, innertubes or chains.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

For buyers, purchasing through AllVelo means the bike has been inspected and serviced2 to ensure they are in good working condition. This reduces the risk associated with buying from individual sellers.

1. minimum 1 clear photo of the bike (side on)
2. approximate age of the bike
3. what you are hoping to sell the bike for (£)
1 We only sell bikes worth £250 or more
2 All sellers bikes are required to have, at minimum, an AllVelo Safety Check Service, and any recommended repairs or maintenance carried out prior to the bike being listed on our marketplace.
